The right technology meeting the right neuroses.
Nice piece on the madness of those firehouse-red DVD envelopes.
My strain of neurosis involves the problem of having a maxed-out queue. 500 films. A web-based pile of films. A lifelong films-to-see list. And so if I want to add something, I will often have to delete something. Something gets cut. Do I really need six Lucio Fulci films in my queue? Maybe not. OK, The House by the Cemetary is out (surely to return at some point!) and now Mike Mills's doc Paperboys is in. It's nuts, I love it, etc.
